Our company provides all services from A to Z in the field of healthcare structures, from the birth of an investment idea to the moment it becomes operational. In the investment planning process, the first stage is feasibility and preliminary budgeting. Once an investment decision is made regarding this process, we move on to the next phase, which is the project phase. In the course of the project journey, the stages typically proceed with the preliminary (Avan) project, licensing projects, and implementation projects, ultimately culminating in the preparation of tender documents. The implementation phase of the project begins once the tender process is completed.
As B&A, we can undertake active on-site operations in various capacities, such as a contractor responsible for the entire project, or as a project management team executing the project on a turnkey basis on behalf of the investor. If the investor hires a contracting firm, we can act as a consultancy firm or only as consultants in specific areas until the end of the project.
Once the preliminary permit process from the Ministry of Health, the municipal licensing process, coordination with the fire department and other disciplines, as well as joint technical and operational inspections have been completed, the project is handed over for operation, thereby closing the investment. In existing projects, we carry out renovation processes within the scope of the annual expense budget allocated by the facility, and also provide technical consultancy services. As part of this work, we offer comprehensive reports on energy efficiency and technical facility efficiency, and we regularly create a maintenance and repair roadmap for the facility.
When it comes to healthcare facility planning, we actively participate in every project related to health—from pharmaceutical factories and laboratories to clinics, medical centers, hospitals, and city hospitals. Beyond the topics mentioned above for healthcare facility investments, we also offer process management consultancy and official procedure consultancy services in areas such as finding investors, finding tenants, healthcare facility land planning, and land-use plan amendments. Furthermore, in licensing and official procedures, we provide management consultancy services regarding physician staffing plans, staff transfers (becayiş), the evaluation of dormant positions, license mergers, license transfers, center/unit licensing, and adding bed capacity, along with other processes subject to the regulations of the Ministry of Health.
